Yes, the Russian law says that higher than 6 grams is a criminal offense. Yes, the average vape pen is 2 grams. Yes, weed should be legal. The problem is that Russia has a 0.1% rate for acquittal on a weed charge. In other words, don't think that just because you are a USA citizen, other countries' laws don't apply to you. It is Russia, for God's sake. Russia will take any action against the USA for their benefit and for publicity. The moral of my comment is to look up the weed laws if you are thinking of going to another country and you are carrying weed. Oh, yeah. Not to mention, some countries would have sentenced her to death. less
