The Xmas shopping season started 52% less than last year. It's bonus season for the big guys, they're not going to forfeit that cash, if necessary they will layoff thousands, neither party wants that, Biden especially doesn't want to start his Presidency next month with a unemployment rate over 10% next month. So corporations get a Merry Christmas and regular Americans get a sock full of coal.
