Elijah McCain was killed by police and negligence on the part of EMT's on this date 2 years ago. He had committed no crime other than the fact he was an introvert and wore and open faced sky mask because of his social inadequacy. Qualified Immunity protects law enforcement from civil suits for misconduct. Oddly enough some of the Officers involved were later terminated not for his death, but for sharing jubilant pictures taken at a memorial erected at the site where he was assaulted.
