Food for thought. SB -8, the Texas abortion law doesn't have any exceptions for rape, sexual abuse, or incest. It does have a clause in which private citizens may sue a person trying to help women get abortions. Governor Greg Abbott while defending this law said Texas will “eliminate all rapists from the streets”. The justice department have requested to block Texas' new abortion law. A judge is hearing the case as I type. Saying all this, Texas had the most forcible rapes (13,500) in 2020 than any other state. New york and Florida combined cases are 13,000. These are the people that witnessed in delight the signing of the bill by the governor.

Ps. Considering that Texas has the highest African American population and the second highest Hispanic population this picture says a thousand words.

Fam Worlds (Admin) Gov Abbott is a buffoon. Most of the people standing with him are so misguided that they actually believe they are doing what's best for the state and country.

DeeP (OFM) Agreed. Yet, there are 13 states that either enacted the same law or its in the process. There are no laws against a man's body, yet men make laws against woman's body. Hypocrisy at is best.
