People don’t need to stop breeding, you should just have a license to breed. Abortion is legal anyway so if you break the law, abort the 3 lot.

Yes, but unfortunately people are kinda stupid and dont plan ahead but I agree people should have to pass a test to have kids I've been saying that for decades now lol
