I tried to make spicy crab roll (seafood isn't one of our freshest staples) but the imitation crab tasted awful. Plus I couldn't find masago.

Let sit off of element for another 10-15 min and dump in a wide bowl. Use a wooden spoon to get out of the pan. (Metal can damage the grains) If the rice comes out easy, it's good, if it's stuck to the pan, leave it. Then spread out in a wide pan or wide wooden bowl and add rice vinegar and salt to taste. less
